{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-6-1335","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 6:1335","heading":"Institution-affiliated party","body":"As used in this Chapter, the term \"institution-affiliated party\" means:\n(1) A director, officer, employee, agent, or controlling stockholder of a savings bank operating under this Chapter.\n(2) A person who has filed or is required to file a change-in-control notice with the commissioner.\n(3) A shareholder of, consultant to, joint venture partner of, or an independent contractor, including accountants, appraisers, and attorneys, for a savings bank.\n(4) Any other person who participates in a significant way in the affairs of a savings bank under this Chapter.","path":["TITLE 6.
