{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-6-551.19","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 6:551.19","heading":"Paid-in capital; surplus; undivided profits","body":"Before opening a branch, agency, or office in this state and annually thereafter so long as a branch, agency, or office is maintained in this state, a foreign bank granted a certificate of authority pursuant to this Part shall certify to the commissioner the amount of its paid-in capital, its surplus, and its undivided profits, each expressed in the currency of the country of its incorporations; the dollar equivalent of which amount, as determined by the commissioner, shall be deemed to be the amount of its capital, surplus, and undivided profits.","path":["TITLE 6.
