Each sale, interment, or other act constituting the operation or conduct of a cemetery business shall be a separate violation, and for each violation there shall be a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars or imprisonment for not less than thirty days nor more than six months, or both.","path":["TITLE 8.
