{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-8-79","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 8:79","heading":"Actions for violation of this Title","body":"No action or claim based on or arising out of a violation of this Title or any rules or regulations of the board shall be brought unless a complaint is issued by the board in accordance with R.S. 8:66.1 or legal proceedings are filed in a court of competent jurisdiction and proper venue within the limitation provided in R.S. 37:21. The provisions of this Section are remedial and apply to all causes of action without regard to the date when the alleged act, omission, or neglect occurred.","path":["TITLE 8.
