As used in this Chapter, \"foreign trust\" shall mean any of the following:\n(1) A trust which by the terms of the trust instrument is governed by the law of a jurisdiction other than Louisiana.\n(2) A trust of which the settlor was domiciled in a jurisdiction other than Louisiana at the time the trust was created.\nB. As used in this Chapter, \"institutional trustee\" shall mean an entity entitled to serve as a trustee pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 9:1783(A)(2) and (B).","path":["TITLE 9.
