Any of the following persons may petition the court to enforce the trust:\n(1) A settlor or a universal successor of a settlor.\n(2) A trustee.\n(3) An institutional beneficiary.\n(4) A person appointed in the trust instrument for this purpose.\n(5) The attorney general.\nB. Enforcement of the trust includes but is not limited to actions to accomplish any of the following:\n(1) Compel a trustee to perform his duties, such as the duty to render an annual account.\n(2) Enjoin a trustee from committing a breach of trust.\n(3) Compel a trustee to redress a breach of trust.\n(4) Remove a trustee.","path":["TITLE 9.
