A licensed resident broker shall maintain a usual place of business in the commonwealth and shall display conspicuously therein or in any branch thereof his license or a certified copy thereof. He shall promptly give written notice to the board of any change of business location, and the board shall issue a new license for such new location for the unexpired term of such license.
