The state examiners of electricians, in this chapter called the examiners, may make necessary rules for the proper performance of their duties.\nThey shall hold frequent examinations in Boston, and, twice in each year, shall hold examinations in at least five other convenient places within the commonwealth, and they may hold annual or occasional examinations in other places.
