RESIGNATION OF REGISTERED AGENT OF FOREIGN CORPORATION\n(a) The registered agent of a foreign corporation may resign his agency appointment by signing and delivering to the secretary of state for filing a statement of resignation. The registered agent shall furnish a copy of the statement to the foreign corporation.
