Any device, game or gaming device possessed, used, manufactured, distributed, sold or serviced in violation of this chapter shall be subject to seizure and forfeiture by the division or bureau. Forfeiture proceedings shall be conducted as provided in subsections (b) to (j), inclusive, of section 47 of chapter 94C.
