Violations of the provisions of sections seventy-two to seventy-four, inclusive, in the course of a sale of a hearing aid shall void such sale.\nViolations of any of the provisions of sections seventy-two to seventy-four, inclusive, shall constitute an unfair and deceptive trade practice under the provisions of chapter ninety-three A. Such violations may be reported to the office of the attorney general or the director of consumer affairs and business regulation.
