Code, Agriculture § 16–103","heading":"","body":"(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, when conducting a covered activity on covered produce, a covered farm shall comply with the requirements of the Program.\n(b) When conducting a covered activity on covered produce, a farm that has a qualified exemption shall comply with:\n(1) The requirements established under 21 C.F.R.
