Code, Agriculture § 16–107","heading":"","body":"(a) The Secretary may bring an action for an injunction against a person to:\n(1) Enforce the requirements of the Program;\n(2) Enforce an order issued by the Secretary under this title; or\n(3) Prevent or restrain a violation of this title.\n(b) In an action for an injunction brought under this section, the Secretary does not have to allege or prove that:\n(1) An adequate remedy at law does not exist; or\n(2) Substantial or irreparable damage would result from the continued violations.\n(c) An injunction instituted under this section shall be issued without bond.","path":["Article - Agriculture"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gag\u0026section=16-107","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:55:53Z","sha256":"2f90b25578f23aad1b37ebb43049ad41f0b888d767fb61c77fb3a245fecd1562","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-agriculture-16-106","next":"us-md/md.-code-agriculture-16-108"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
