Code, Agriculture § 5–407","heading":"","body":"(a) The Secretary may bring an action for an injunction against any person violating any order issued by the Secretary under § 5–406 of this subtitle.\n(b) In any action for an injunction brought under this section, any finding of the Secretary after a hearing shall be prima facie evidence of each fact found.\n(c) On a showing by the Secretary that any person is violating or is about to violate any order issued by the Secretary, an injunction shall be granted without the necessity of showing a lack of adequate remedy at law.\n(d) An injunction instituted under this section shall be issued without bond.","path":["Article - Agriculture"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gag\u0026section=5-407","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:55:53Z","sha256":"acf8ceddbb1e184260d8257af42d17a81c928f80bb9ca1350cf476e2673201d7","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-agriculture-5-406","next":"us-md/md.-code-agriculture-5-408"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
