Code, Agriculture § 8–1011","heading":"","body":"(a) In accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, on notice and opportunity to be heard, the Department may suspend or permanently revoke the certification of:\n(1) An agricultural operation certified under this subtitle; and\n(2) A person certified as a verifier under this subtitle.\n(b) A certification for an agricultural operation or a verifier issued under this subtitle may be suspended or permanently revoked according to procedures established by regulation if the certification holder violates:\n(1) This subtitle; or\n(2) A regulation adopted by the Department under this subtitle, including a regulation establishing other good cause for suspension or revocation.","path":["Article - Agriculture"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gag\u0026section=8-1011","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:55:53Z","sha256":"472f31b614bf8ae5d92e2ec154a5b8eb4867a9014acb6bb35c65206e75f0423b","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-agriculture-8-1010","next":"us-md/md.-code-agriculture-8-1012"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
