Code, Agriculture § 9.5–204","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) Until the Secretary adopts regulations in accordance with Subtitle 3 of this title, the Committee shall meet at least quarterly.\n(2) After the Secretary has adopted regulations in accordance with Subtitle 3 of this title, the Committee shall meet as needed.\n(b) A member of the Committee:\n(1) May not receive compensation as a member of the Committee; but\n(2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.\n(c) The Department shall provide staff for the Committee.","path":["Article - Agriculture"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gag\u0026section=9.5-204","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:55:53Z","sha256":"678376ffe46d5e7a308a65ce09f99f2b45319e3c5398f86bf983126175a66cc2","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-agriculture-9.5-203","next":"us-md/md.-code-agriculture-9.5-205"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
