Code, Agriculture § 9.5–305","heading":"","body":"(a) The Secretary may bring an action for an injunction against a person to:\n(1) Enforce this subtitle;\n(2) Enforce an order of the Secretary under this subtitle; or\n(3) Prevent or restrain a violation of this subtitle.\n(b) In an action for an injunction brought under this section, the Secretary does not have to allege or prove that:\n(1) An adequate remedy at law does not exist; or\n(2) Substantial or irreparable damage would result from the continued violations.\n(c) An injunction instituted under this section shall be issued without bond.","path":["Article - Agriculture"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gag\u0026section=9.5-305","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:55:53Z","sha256":"3d1209fedf9f7c48466251fde21bbffce840430987e7822795f4a4771f3597b2","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-agriculture-9.5-303","next":"us-md/md.-code-agriculture-9.5-306"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
