Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 10–1104","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a club public event permit.\n(b) The Board may issue the permit to a holder of a Class C license.\n(c) Subject to subsection (d) of this section, the permit authorizes a club to sell alcoholic beverages that are allowed under the club’s Class C license:\n(1) during a public event sponsored by the club at the place described in the license;\n(2) to an individual who is not a member of the club or a guest of a member; and\n(3) for on–premises consumption.\n(d) (1) A permit holder shall:\n(i) submit an application for approval to the Board at least 45 days before a public event; and\n(ii) obtain the approval of the Board before each public event.\n(2) The Board, in its discretion, may approve up to 12 public events per permit holder in a calendar year.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=10-1104","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"78ea3691e28dcc2004467cc01990036517b5f60958ec6e40ea3726db373e890f","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-10-1103","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-10-1301"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
