Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 11–1010","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class C (yacht club) license.\n(b) An application for the license shall be signed by at least one officer of the club who is a resident, registered voter, and taxpayer of the county.\n(c) The Board may issue the license for use by a yacht club that:\n(1) has at least 50 members paying dues of at least $75 per year per member; and\n(2) at the time of application for the license, maintains:\n(i) a clubhouse with a seating capacity of at least 100;\n(ii) slips, boat parking spaces, or berths for at least 50 boats; and\n(iii) at least 1 acre.\n(d) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor for on–premises consumption at retail at the place described in the license to:\n(1) a member of the yacht club; or\n(2) a member’s guest when accompanied by the member.\n(e) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for Class C beer, wine, and liquor licenses under § 11–2004 of this title.\n(f) The annual license fee is $1,800.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=11-1010","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"479d01e95ff2e0442d06e35344c289c93d02aeff726834aa0bcbdf52fa0f20a4","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-11-1009","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-11-1101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
