Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 11–1405","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) An administrative fee shall be charged for an administrative action by the county that requires a hearing, including:\n(i) an application for a new license; and\n(ii) a change of ownership of a majority interest in a license.\n(2) The administrative fee does not apply to the renewal of a license for the same premises.\n(b) The administrative fee is:\n(1) $200 payable to the Board, in addition to any other fee required for a license; and\n(2) nonrefundable, whether the requested administrative action is granted or denied.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=11-1405","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"7b5f2032bd7c0d2ce0e242c68363d11229d59c4aee3ecc49bbd0e134d2fba7b4","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-11-1404","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-11-1406"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
