Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 11–903","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license.\n(b) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at retail, at a club at the place described in the license, for on–premises consumption, including:\n(i) during an event held on the licensed premises; and\n(ii) to a member of the club or a guest of the member.\n(2) If the license holder hosts an event for an outside group, the outside group shall obtain a Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license from the Board.\n(c) The annual license fee is $480.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=11-903","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"df39d79c54bfd641309f58936bac7f463de32c462a7e7f156089242430938ff9","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-11-902","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-11-904"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
