Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 12–1102","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board may issue a refillable container permit for draft beer to a holder of any class of license except a Class C license or a Class M–G license.\n(b) An applicant for the permit shall complete the form that the Board provides.\n(c) The hours of sale for the permit:\n(1) begin at the same time as those for the underlying license; and\n(2) end at midnight.\n(d) Receipts collected under the permit are to be included in the calculation of average daily receipts from the sale of alcoholic beverages under § 12–104 of this title.\n(e) The Board shall adopt regulations to carry out this section.\n(f) The annual permit fees are:\n(1) $50 for an applicant whose license has an off–sale privilege; and\n(2) $500 for an applicant whose license does not have an off–sale privilege.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=12-1102","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"a7252e7f7d68dc077109608861f7fc56a916d8be5f1828d53d50222f0a945601","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-12-1101.1","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-12-1102.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
