Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 12–1102.1","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board may issue a nonrefillable container permit for draft beer to a holder of any class of license except a Class C license or a Class M–G license.\n(b) An applicant for the permit shall complete the form that the Board provides.\n(c) The hours of sale for the permit:\n(1) begin at the same time as those for the underlying license; and\n(2) end at midnight.\n(d) Receipts collected under the permit are to be included in the calculation of average daily receipts from the sale of alcoholic beverages under § 12–104 of this title.\n(e) The Board shall adopt regulations to carry out this section.\n(f) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, the annual permit fees are:\n(i) $50 for an applicant whose license has an off–sale privilege; and\n(ii) $500 for an applicant whose license does not have an off–sale privilege.\n(2) An applicant who has a refillable container permit may not be charged a fee for a nonrefillable container permit.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=12-1102.1","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"f301b8db024a1ad12ef3009dc7eaa0e57cbd6bee1677dcd38a6b0794decc28a4","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-12-1102","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-12-1103"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
