Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 12–1506","heading":"","body":"(a) The notice of license application required under § 4–208 of this article shall be published in two newspapers of general circulation in the City.\n(b) (1) This subsection applies to an application for a new license, a change in the class of a license, a request for live entertainment on the licensed premises, and an extension of the licensed premises.\n(2) In addition to the newspaper notice required under § 4–208 of this article, the Board shall post a suitable notice in a conspicuous place at the location described in the application for at least 10 days before holding a hearing on the application.\n(3) A notice under this subsection shall state the class of license for which application is made and the date, time, and place set by the Board for an application hearing.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=12-1506","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"11a70ce430bb5340a968de606e5a1ada3a687b36b658d83673da4e0825b893d8","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-12-1505","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-12-1507"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
