Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 12–2008","heading":"","body":"(a) This section applies to an owner, an operator, or a manager of any premises open to the public or of a place of public accommodation where:\n(1) a form of entertainment is provided from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. on any day; and\n(2) alcoholic beverages are consumed at any hour of the day.\n(b) A person specified under subsection (a) of this section shall:\n(1) register with the fire department and the Department of Housing and Community Development; and\n(2) comply with all federal, State, and City building, fire, health, and zoning laws.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=12-2008","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"9a0f0aab095d9f084460cbf3272ec9a84cf020a113697f294d09b51decc50c42","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-12-2007","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-12-2009"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
