Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 12–2101","heading":"","body":"(a) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 6 (“Revocation and Suspension of Local Licenses”) of Division I of this article apply in the City without exception or variation:\n(1) § 4–602 (“Power of local licensing board”); and\n(2) § 4–604 (“Grounds for revocation or suspension”).\n(b) Section 4–605 (“Nudity and sexual displays”) of Division I of this article does not apply in the City and is superseded by § 12–2102 of this subtitle.\n(c) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 6 (“Revocation and Suspension of Local Licenses”) of Division I of this article apply in the City:\n(1) § 4–603 (“Revocation and suspension procedures”), subject to § 12–2105 of this subtitle; and\n(2) § 4–606 (“Effects of revocation”), subject to § 12–2104 of this subtitle.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=12-2101","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"0b5dc3caca991326cf649eef240ce11894e16447a1d1329f99d74515935453d7","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-12-2009","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-12-2102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
