Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 12–2605","heading":"","body":"(a) In this section, “Unit” means the Neighborhood Services Unit within the Office of the Sheriff of Baltimore City, as established under § 2–316.1 of the Courts Article.\n(b) The Board shall work in partnership with the Unit to enforce this title.\n(c) The Board shall enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Unit that specifies:\n(1) the respective roles and responsibilities of the parties in connection with the partnership described in subsection (b) of this section; and\n(2) in accordance with § 12–209 of this title, the funding source for the Unit.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=12-2605","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"eae11cd86cfb07947ef2d9701155fe8a7f5037de1540dc4c73cbb73e246f915a","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-12-2604","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-12-2701"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
