Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 12–702","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class A2 light wine license in the City.\n(b) The license may be issued to a holder of a Class 3 winery license or a Class 4 limited winery license.\n(c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell at retail light wine produced or bottled on the winery premises:\n(1) for off–premises consumption; or\n(2) for on–premises consumption by the drink in a restaurant that is:\n(i) owned and operated by the holder of the Class 4 limited winery license; and\n(ii) located immediately adjacent to the winery premises.\n(d) The Board shall establish the hours and days of sale under the license.\n(e) The annual license fee is $250.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=12-702","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"ac568cab11b8d2f1ba685ffcbddef76544e700a3d74d35f946ac97af0c252e4e","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-12-701","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-12-801"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
