Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 12–904","heading":"","body":"(a) This section does not apply to:\n(1) a restaurant not located in a hotel or motel; or\n(2) a catering establishment.\n(b) There is a Class B–BWL (H–M) license.\n(c) The Board may issue the license for use by a hotel or motel that has:\n(1) a dining room with facilities for preparing and serving regular meals for at least 125 individuals at one seating;\n(2) at least 100 rooms for the accommodation of the public; and\n(3) a capital investment of not less than $500,000.\n(d) (1) The annual license fee is $10,108.\n(2) In addition, the license holder annually shall pay:\n(i) $1,000, if the licensed premises has fewer than 100 rooms;\n(ii) $500, if the license holder provides live entertainment; and\n(iii) $200, if the license holder provides outdoor table service.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=12-904","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"eca80fb46f2df0e079b2c1c5e3039221594899c7622e893ad5e4f84e45ab982f","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-12-903","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-12-905"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
