Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 13–2007","heading":"","body":"(a) Alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto a premises and consumed or transferred if:\n(1) the premises is a place of public entertainment; and\n(2) the entertainment is of the type listed under § 4–605(b) through (d) of this article.\n(b) (1) A person who operates a place of public entertainment who knowingly allows a violation of this section on the premises is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $5,000 for each violation.\n(2) Each day of operation in violation of this section is a separate violation.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=13-2007","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"304c1cf29cb430a8823dd6e7260fca1eac3e67161a36a17044e8796ebd56813a","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-13-2006","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-13-2101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
