Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 13–207","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board may adopt regulations to carry out this article, including regulations regarding:\n(1) the presence on a licensed premises of an individual who is not a consumer; and\n(2) the issuance of a license when the actual use of the license is to be deferred until the completion of construction or alterations on the premises.\n(b) The Board shall:\n(1) publish notice of an intended action to change or adopt regulations at least 30 days before the effective date of the proposed regulations in a newspaper of general publication in the county; and\n(2) give all interested persons a reasonable opportunity to submit data or views orally or in writing before the effective date of the regulations.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=13-207","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"de0c4f66457a6a3f9aa2cac020cf7dbdcad1f77469a6e21d87b4681e4b56e329","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-13-206","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-13-301"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
