Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 14–904","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license.\n(b) The Board may issue the license for use by:\n(1) a country club;\n(2) a post home of a post of the American Legion or Veterans of Foreign Wars; or\n(3) a yacht club that is approved by the Board.\n(c) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at a club at the place described in the license, for on–premises consumption.\n(2) A license for use in a post home allows for the sale of liquor only by the drink.\n(d) The annual license fee:\n(1) for a country club is $1,000;\n(2) for a post home is $500; and\n(3) for a yacht club is $500.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=14-904","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"7aec42376bdc4b319d6adee95e9bf5c992fbafab873b805737f80449c3988059","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-14-903","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-14-905"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
