Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 15–2004","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) A holder of a 6–day or 7–day Class A beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.\n(2) On Sunday, a holder of a 7–day Class A beer, wine, and liquor license may sell for off–premises consumption:\n(i) beer and wine, from 8 a.m. to midnight; and\n(ii) liquor, from 1 p.m. to midnight.\n(b) (1) A holder of a 6–day or 7–day Class B beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.\n(2) The holder of a 7–day Class B beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor from a bar or counter on Sunday.\n(c) (1) A holder of a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Sunday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.\n(2) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor at a bar or counter on Sunday.\n(d) A holder of a 6–day or 7–day Class D beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=15-2004","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"b4010377babbdf1c8353fd1287b412f1edee5489ac6d89d0331cb73a0e1d4678","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-15-2003","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-15-2005"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
