Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 15–2501","heading":"","body":"(a) A person may not serve setups, including drinking containers and ice, or serve, provide, keep, or allow to be consumed alcoholic beverages or other component parts of mixed alcoholic drinks in a place of adult entertainment that:\n(1) does not hold a license under this article; and\n(2) allows in the establishment any form of sexual display or attire prohibited under § 4–605 of this article.\n(b) A person who operates an establishment for profit that is not licensed under this article may not knowingly allow a customer to bring alcoholic beverages for consumption into the establishment.\n(c) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 2 years or a fine not exceeding $10,000 or both.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=15-2501","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"48fe50266045da40a36456393533fa8ec2ac14fbf5af17d33d98c2b22d115f5a","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-15-2401","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-15-2502"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
