Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 16–2004","heading":"","body":"(a) A holder of a Class A beer and wine license may sell or provide beer and wine on Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.\n(b) (1) A holder of a 6–day Class B beer and wine license may sell or provide beer and wine for on–premises consumption on Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.\n(2) A holder of a 7–day Class B beer and wine license may sell or provide beer and wine for on–premises consumption:\n(i) on Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and\n(ii) on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day.\n(3) A holder of a 7–day Class B beer and wine license may sell beer and wine for off–premises consumption on Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.\n(c) A holder of a Class C beer and wine license may sell or provide beer and wine on Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.\n(d) (1) A holder of a 6–day or 7–day Class D beer and wine license may sell or provide beer and wine on Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.\n(2) A holder of a 7–day Class D beer and wine license may sell or provide beer and wine on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=16-2004","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"668d288a1de13cd204923a2970245500299714a4ab75fbbc8541c56d296e5a20","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-16-2003","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-16-2005"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
