Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 17–1309","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board may issue a per diem license of any class to a club for use at an entertainment event.\n(b) An application shall be:\n(1) on a form that the Board requires; and\n(2) signed and sworn to by the applicant.\n(c) (1) The total number of days for which the license may be used may not exceed four in a calendar year.\n(2) The license may not be issued to a club more than four times in a calendar year.\n(d) The fee for a license is:\n(1) $10 per day for a per diem beer license or per diem beer and wine license; or\n(2) $20 per day for a per diem beer, wine, and liquor license.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=17-1309","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"6b810c32ec39537fe4247b8d8ce0e7605a2046eddcea4c3192fcd47bb8bd5e01","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-17-1308","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-17-1310"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
