Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 17–1704","heading":"","body":"(a) If there is a change in an officer of a corporation or authorized person of a limited liability company, the corporation or limited liability company shall submit a written notice by certified mail to the Board within 30 days after installation of the new officer or authorized person.\n(b) A written notice submitted to the Board in accordance with subsection (a) of this section shall be accompanied by:\n(1) a $5 fee; and\n(2) a sworn statement that includes:\n(i) the name and address of each new officer or authorized person;\n(ii) the office held by each new officer or authorized person; and\n(iii) the name and address of the previous officer or authorized person.\n(c) After receiving a written notice provided in accordance with this section, the Board shall issue a revised license listing the current officers or authorized persons.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=17-1704","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"36fc42845e7a48bcb19340d36b16a0f1effbe27ff25e2d711efdebaf88ba97d2","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-17-1703","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-17-1801"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
