Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 18–1103","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board may issue a nonrefillable container permit for draft beer to a holder of a Class A license, a Class B license, or a Class C license.\n(b) An applicant for the permit shall complete the form that the Board provides.\n(c) The hours of sale for the permit:\n(1) begin at the same time as those for the underlying license; and\n(2) end at midnight.\n(d) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, the annual permit fees are:\n(i) $50 for an applicant whose license has an off–sale privilege; and\n(ii) $500 for an applicant whose license does not have an off–sale privilege.\n(2) An applicant who has a refillable container permit may not be charged a fee for a nonrefillable container permit.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=18-1103","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"694fff515e499020fd7f7d7248d117d61825683c5352304c904662cc0b7a1c6c","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-18-1102","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-18-1301"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
