Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 18–1301","heading":"","body":"(a) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 12 (“Temporary Licenses”) of Division I of this article apply in the county without exception or variation:\n(1) § 4–1202 (“Per diem licenses”);\n(2) § 4–1204 (“Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license”);\n(3) § 4–1205(b) (“License fees — Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license”);\n(4) § 4–1206 (“License to dispose of stock”);\n(5) § 4–1207 (“Temporary move of licensed premises”);\n(6) § 4–1208 (“Hours and days of sale”); and\n(7) § 4–1209 (“Wine permit for fund–raising event”).\n(b) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 12 (“Temporary Licenses”) of Division I of this article do not apply in the county:\n(1) § 4–1203 (“Class C per diem beer and Class C per diem beer and wine licenses”); and\n(2) § 4–1205(a) (“License fees — Class C per diem beer and Class C per diem beer and wine licenses”).","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=18-1301","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"aba858d855fa2f4c7cc9c3d7f42ef8c53410f4042de9db808e68da7046267940","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-18-1103","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-18-1304"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
