Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 18–902","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class B–H (hotel) on–sale beer, wine, and liquor license.\n(b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor for on–premises consumption in a hotel common area, for a premises primarily engaged in the day–to–day rental of hotel rooms.\n(c) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license under § 18–2004(b) of this title.\n(d) (1) The annual license fee is $360.\n(2) In addition to the annual license fee, a license holder shall yearly pay:\n(i) $200, if the license holder provides live entertainment; and\n(ii) $200, if the license holder provides outdoor table service.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=18-902","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"ae5667ad7221e1a0523e618cc42baefe5d4b375d2e9a7b905e58939d3054f54b","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-18-901","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-18-903"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
