Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 18–904","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class B–R (restaurant) on–sale beer, wine, and liquor license.\n(b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at retail for consumption on the premises of a restaurant that:\n(1) is primarily engaged in the sale of food and nonalcoholic beverages for on–premises consumption; and\n(2) contains a dining room with facilities for preparing and serving meals.\n(c) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license under § 18–2004(b) of this title.\n(d) A license holder may not:\n(1) establish an area on the premises of the restaurant that is a bar; or\n(2) provide live entertainment.\n(e) (1) The annual license fee is $360.\n(2) In addition to the annual license fee, a license holder shall yearly pay $200 if the license holder provides outdoor table service.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=18-904","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"9b34f55a86aebd59d86bab874b09f7ca80ff873c600c37e99ec722456177a76e","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-18-903","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-18-905"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
