Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 18–905","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class B–RB (restaurant/bar) on–sale beer, wine, and liquor license.\n(b) The license authorizes the sale and consumption of beer, wine, and liquor on the premises of a restaurant that:\n(1) is primarily engaged in the sale of food and nonalcoholic beverages for on–premises consumption;\n(2) has a dining room with facilities for preparing and serving meals; and\n(3) has a bar, with stools to accommodate customers with or without service of food.\n(c) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license under § 18–2004(b) of this title.\n(d) (1) The annual license fee is $460.\n(2) In addition to the annual license fee, a license holder shall yearly pay:\n(i) $200, if the license holder provides live entertainment; and\n(ii) $200, if the license holder provides outdoor table service.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=18-905","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"4db40c64c14e4afc7554f152022147a68cc763fa2ce59c8d7bffac05c5abb573","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-18-904","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-18-906"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
