Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 18–907","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license.\n(b) (1) The Board may issue the license for use by:\n(i) a nonprofit organization; or\n(ii) a club composed only of members who served in the armed forces of the United States in a war in which the United States has been engaged.\n(2) The nonprofit organization or club for which the license is issued shall:\n(i) operate only for the use of its members and guests when accompanied by members; and\n(ii) meet in a clubhouse that is used exclusively for its members and guests.\n(c) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor for on–premises consumption:\n(1) in the clubhouse; or\n(2) on property directly contiguous to the clubhouse that is:\n(i) owned by the nonprofit organization or club; and\n(ii) used exclusively by members and guests for social functions or business of the organization or club.\n(d) (1) The annual license fee is $350.\n(2) In addition to the annual license fee, a license holder shall annually pay:\n(i) $200, if the license holder provides live entertainment; and\n(ii) $200, if the license holder provides outdoor table service.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=18-907","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"76e42787d9355c08f1c5c60183a4d737ba5ec15d8093363fd0df625e3b28cdb7","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-18-906","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-18-908"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
