Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 19–1408","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) In addition to any other fee required for a license, the Board may charge an application fee for a new license in the amount of:\n(i) $150 for an application for a Class A, Class B, Class C, or Class D beer and wine license; and\n(ii) $200 for an application for a Class A, Class B, Class C, or Class D beer, wine, and liquor license.\n(2) The application fee under this subsection is nonrefundable whether the license is issued or denied.\n(3) The application fee does not apply to the renewal or transfer of a license for the same premises.\n(b) In addition to any other fee required for a license, the Board may charge a transfer fee of $50 per license transfer.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=19-1408","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"ec9ebb189118a245581fb11160157a68b6f98d0ecaec33d111240034b8184562","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-19-1407","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-19-1501"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
