Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 19–2002","heading":"","body":"(a) Except as provided in § 19–2006 of this subtitle, a holder of a Class A beer license may sell beer on each day of the week, from 6 a.m. to midnight.\n(b) A holder of a Class B beer (on–sale) license may sell beer:\n(1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and\n(2) except as provided in § 19–2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from noon to midnight.\n(c) A holder of a Class C beer (on–sale) license may sell beer:\n(1) on Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and\n(2) except as provided in § 19–2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from noon to midnight.\n(d) A holder of a Class D beer (on–sale) license may sell beer:\n(1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and\n(2) except as provided in § 19–2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from noon to midnight.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=19-2002","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"c1294a46e91b57335f62bee32a4a5c668dfadff926a1a5fee0288a432bd7610b","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-19-2001","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-19-2003"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
