Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 19–2005","heading":"","body":"(a) A holder of a Class A beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor:\n(1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to midnight; and\n(2) except as provided in § 19–2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from 6 a.m. to midnight.\n(b) A holder of a Class B beer, wine, and liquor (on–sale) license may sell beer, wine, and liquor:\n(1) on Monday through Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and\n(2) except as provided in § 19–2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from 10 a.m. to midnight.\n(c) A holder of a Class C beer, wine, and liquor (on–sale) license may sell beer, wine, and liquor:\n(1) on Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and\n(2) except as provided in § 19–2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from noon to midnight.\n(d) A holder of a Class D beer, wine, and liquor license may sell beer, wine, and liquor:\n(1) on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and\n(2) except as provided in § 19–2006 of this subtitle, on Sunday, from noon to midnight.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=19-2005","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"b87388fd33ae1969620d453dd603355e94892df557c65619cc3ed5459122290f","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-19-2004","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-19-2006"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
