Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 19–403","heading":"","body":"(a) This section applies to a Class 6 pub–brewery license in the county.\n(b) Section 2–208(d) of this article does not apply in the county.\n(c) A holder of a Class 6 pub–brewery license may sell alcoholic beverages at retail:\n(1) Monday through Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. the following day; and\n(2) Sunday from noon to midnight, except if Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve is on a Sunday, then from noon to 2 a.m. the following day.\n(d) (1) The Executive Director may issue to a single applicant one Class 6 pub–brewery license or one Class 7 micro–brewery license, but not both, for a location in an enterprise zone in the county, if the applicant holds no more than three Class B beer, wine, and liquor licenses.\n(2) This subsection does not limit the number of Class 6 pub–brewery licenses that the Executive Director may issue in the county.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=19-403","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"1429595b05149454903c4e1f3dd10fadf6ead52af0a598684a98f2b884d45114","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-19-402","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-19-404"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
