Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 2–170","heading":"","body":"(a) An applicant for a permit under this part shall:\n(1) submit to the Executive Director a completed application on a form that the Executive Director provides;\n(2) provide to the Executive Director a copy of the applicant’s current manufacturer’s license;\n(3) identify the product manufactured by the applicant that the applicant intends to deliver to a consumer in the State; and\n(4) pay a fee of $200 for initial issuance of the permit.\n(b) If an applicant meets the requirements of this part, the Executive Director shall issue to the applicant:\n(1) a direct beer delivery permit; or\n(2) a direct liquor delivery permit.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=2-170","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"042e695fb7025fa5e1a1f83e024f2776ef9ca13c39be59db46e2423df0d0bf1a","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-2-169","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-2-171"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
