Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 2–302","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Class 1 beer, wine, and liquor wholesaler’s license.\n(b) The license authorizes the license holder to:\n(1) acquire beer, wine, and liquor from:\n(i) a license holder that is authorized to sell and deliver the beer, wine, and liquor to a wholesaler; and\n(ii) a holder of a nonresident dealer’s permit or a resident dealer’s permit that is authorized to sell and deliver beer, wine, and liquor; and\n(2) sell and deliver beer, wine, and liquor from the licensed premises to:\n(i) a license holder or permit holder in the State; and\n(ii) an authorized person outside the State.\n(c) The annual license fee is $2,000.\n(d) The license holder may use an additional location for the warehousing, sale, and delivery of beer, wine, and liquor:\n(1) if approved by the Executive Director following submission of a separate application for each location; and\n(2) on the payment of a $2,000 fee for each additional location.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=2-302","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"16f31d8f47c5be9a8a881260aadc59bf7c6082837a7526e011c10140241e692f","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-2-301","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-2-303"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
