Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 20–1901","heading":"","body":"(a) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 5 (“Conduct of Local License Holders”) of Division I of this article apply in the county without exception or variation:\n(1) § 4–502 (“Storage of alcoholic beverages”);\n(2) § 4–503 (“Solicitations and sales outside of licensed premises”);\n(3) § 4–506 (“Evidence of purchaser’s age”); and\n(4) § 4–507 (“Retail delivery of alcoholic beverages”).\n(b) The following sections of Title 4, Subtitle 5 (“Conduct of Local License Holders”) of Division I of this article apply in the county:\n(1) § 4–504 (“Employment of underage individuals”), subject to § 20–1902 of this subtitle;\n(2) § 4–505 (“Alcohol awareness program”), subject to § 20–1903 of this subtitle; and\n(3) § 4–508 (“Display of license”), subject to § 20–1904 of this subtitle.","path":["Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gab\u0026section=20-1901","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:56:03Z","sha256":"71985c53b0171142f7f7638aa773baddbea92b1a29f9657dd9ab401c78c0d29f","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-20-1804","next":"us-md/md.-code-alcoholic-beverages-and-cannabis-20-1902"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
